We’re celebrating Easter with hot cross buns with a special twist: inspired by the classic Hong Kong-style pineapple bun (or bolo bao), our version is made with soft brioche studded with vanilla & star anise-poached pineapple with a hint of rum, topped with a crunchy cookie crust and pineapple icing.
