The Story Behind the Recipe
Our taro donut is Chef Dominique Ansel’s take on the taro puff, a classic dim sum staple beloved for its delicate, flaky layers. From there, we turned the classic strawberry donut into a sweet signature Asian donut that can be enjoyed during any NYC outing.
