Fraises des Bois Strawberry Daifuku (set of 2pcs)

We’re celebrating warm sunny weather ahead with the arrival of one of our favorite ingredients: fresh Fraises des Bois strawberries, rare wild woodland strawberries from Malaga, Spain.

We’ve created our own version of the classic Japanese strawberry daifuku: made with soft and chewy vanilla mochi surrounding lightly-sweetened white bean paste and strawberry elderflower pâte de fruit, topped with berry-sweet Fraises des Bois strawberries.

These tiny berries taste like bursts of fragrant strawberry candy, and are only in season a few short weeks each spring. We’re lucky enough to get our hands on the first batch of the season, so don’t miss your chance to taste them!
