Our favorite part of Thanksgiving – the stuffing – in shokupan form! This savory shokupan loaf is perfect for all your Thanksgiving leftover sandwiches. It’s layered with our homemade pork sausage stuffing throughout, made with sweet Italian sausage and bacon lardons, a medley of herbs like fennel, coriander, tarragon, cumin, and chives, and diced carrots, onions, and celery. The secret? A hint of rich chicken stock in the dough for a moist texture and an oh-so-satisfying savory flavor.
This is our version of comfort food: simply slice and toast it up, use it to make Thanksgiving leftover turkey sandwiches, dip it into gravy, or even make a savory French toast!
