Korean Salt Bread, Reimagined in Bagel Form
Enjoy a fluffy, buttery bagel that’s baked until golden, with an airy texture and a crispy butter crust and finished with flecks of fleur de se. Each bagel is served alongside a whipped Fromager d’Affinois dip: a double-cream, brie-like French cheese whipped with mascarpone and cream cheese until silky smooth.
Inspired by Korean salt bread, a beloved staple hailing from Korea, Chef Dominique’s version of this classic is shaped into a bagel (we’re in New York City, after all!) and served with a rich and creamy French cheese that’s the definition of comfort food.
